From either the living room or the 2nd and 3rd floor balconies you can enjoy the view of the golf course, lake, Reunion Grande or just take in a beautiful Florida sunset with the home's west facing position.
Enjoy your own private heated pool and spill over spa, patio/sundeck area with loungers and a built in gas BBQ grill, all ideal for those days when you decide to take a break from the theme parks.
The Villa, is arranged over three floors plus a separate annex. The living roo...m and dining area has been furnished to a high standard with sectional leather sofa, a large screen TV and cable. There is also a luxury dining area with seating for eight. The fully functional kitchen which is very well equipped with the latest appliances and granite counter tops. There is also additional seating at the breakfast bar.
The ground floor master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed, TV, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower. Double french doors lead out to the pool deck.
The 2nd floor master en-suite bedroom has a luxury king bed, TV and cable, large walk in wardrobe and en-suite bathroom with dual sinks and a separate shower. Double french doors lead out a large private balcony.
The 2nd floor 3nd bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and cable and Nintendo Wii to keep the children happy. There is a large built in wardrobe. Double french doors lead out a large private balcony overlooking the pool area.
The 2nd floor 4th bedroom has 2 twin beds, TV and cable and a large wardrobe.
The Annex in-laws apartment features a queen bed and cable TV.
One the entire 3rd floor features a large games room featuring a huge wall mounted LED TV and a full 8ft American pool table. There is also a large wet bar with granite counter tops and bar seating. Double french doors lead out to a private balcony.
There is also an elevator in this home, elderly or disabled guests can still enjoy a fantastic holiday in our home without the worry of stairs!
Laundry? For your convenience there is a separate laundry room located on the second flood with washer and dryer, iron and ironing board.

* The complementary BBQ grill is provided free of charge. Reunion Vacation Homes and/or the Owner do not accept liability for equipment failure. It is the guest’s responsibility to clean and maintain the barbecue.
* Whilst staying in this property you and all of your party will be able to use Reunion's amenities such as;10 swimming pools, children's activity program, bike hire, boutique spa, onsite restaurants and bars. Only if you wish to access Reunion’s Water Park, Tennis or Golf will you need to be registered as a House Guest. There is a limit to the number of days that can be appointed to house guests. Therefore the house guest registration is not for the entire length of your stay, just the specific date(s) you wish to access the Water park, Tennis or Golf. There is a registration fee which is for one day. This is for you and all of your party - NOT EACH. If available, additional dates can be purchased. You are required to be registered for your desired date(s) at least 7 days before your arrival. Once registered, your dates cannot be changed, the passes cannot be credited or reissued even if the water park is closed for any reason or if they are not collected or used. Once you are registered you and all of your party will be able to use the Water Park at no cost. To play Golf there are additional green fees.
