The cabin was good, but at the last minute we were "upgraded" to a cabin that did not have 4 separate sleeping areas and the person whom we were celebrating his birthday had to sleep on the sofa, no sofa bed. We went there for a weekend and we have stayed in Tahoe before but non of the houses did not have the things that this house had like in the kitchen everything you need, entertainment from the babies to adults games, videos, toys, snow sleds, etc also it has a Huge Beautiful back yard. The rooms were cozy and clean, bathrooms clean with clean towels. Overall beautiful home for everyone young or old. I would definitely would go back and recommended it to someone else. We had 10 people in our group: a couple with their two high school and college sons and rest were adults age up to mid 40s. We felt very fortunate to come across allie of McKinney associates who dived right in to help us with both expertise and empathy. My sister rented another rental home in South Lake Tahoe 6mos earlier. We were sorely disappointed when we arrived. It was a disaster. But then came along allie and she found us 2485 Tepee Court. We rented 5 days through New Year's. We were so happy and ecstatic for the extra 1 full bath we didn't have at the other house. It was clean and smelled clean! Kitchen had plates, silverware and cleaning supplies. We were able to cook and wash our clothes. The bedrooms were large and clean! And thank you for hiring the snow plow/blower guy too.
