Manager Response to VERY disappointed
The guests checked out on Sunday and the items were found and returned by Wednesday morning! When we got the report that the guests had lost some items at the home, we immediately called the housekeeper for the home. We had to wait for them to go to the house and find the items. We then called the guest back and had the items that were found, returned to them by mail.

Basic Cabin
The cabin was a very basic, basic cabin. It certainly accomodated the group but everything was of miminum acceptable standards. The beds in general were just very basic beds. The room on the bottom floor with the four bunkbeds was drafty.
The clean up process was very simple, so that was nice. There wasn't too much to do by way of check off lists for check out.
The location is terrific for Heavenly.
Customer service in renting the cabin was great and responsive. Jason was very helpful.

The house was spacious and clean but there were two problems. The pillows were wrapped in plastic, and extremely uncomfortable, and the hot tub was filled with bugs.

Decent, does the job
Pros: Secluded, 3 stories and a good amount of space.
Cons: The place is old. Rug is old. Kind of smell. Pretty much old fashion setup. Nothing modern. This place really needs to be renovated inside.
