This house is walkale to Heavenly (Ski Blv), so the location is the best. Casinos are only 1 mile away.
Tv in each room. My husband needed to fixed the tv/dvd on the living room (thinking the wires were mixed up from the previous attentants - but it work it!)
All supplies in the kithen are good but dirty. Needed to wash most of them again. Hot Tub very clean and new. The master bredroom isn't warm like the rest of the house and it's shower is very small. My husband (6 3") took shower from the another one.
Overall I like and we wan to come back if you find more people to share. This time we were only 5 adults, so we had plan of space.
Very cozy!

We did'nt turn on the fireplace, so no opinion about it.
Also, it sauys 2 car garage but by the tim we were ther e one car fits perfect, the other one has to be a very small one (they haf a big swing for the summer in the garage). More...

This house is super close to Heavenly. My brothers and boyfriend got up every morning and just walked right to the slopes. It couldn't have been better. The hot tub and the rental people are all super nice. We had 4 grown men my parents and me in one house and it didn't feel to small at all. The one issue I had is that this house is on a really steep hill. If you don't have a good car and it snows you are stuck in the house. The week we went we had some of the best snow Tahoe has seen our car didn't do so well so it was safer just not driving at all. the snow plow didn't come by a lot so be warned. More...

The staff that helped us with the reservation and set up has been wonderful. They were responsive and accommodated our requests very reasonably. The house itself was convenient with all the amenities described in the house profile. The bedrooms were spacious and the hot tub was great.

Some of the issues we identified and disclosed to the staff were:
1. Only one of the shelves on the refrigerator door was functional; the rest of them had duct-tape that was ineffective as whole jars of drinks fell onto the floor once the door was opened.
2. The dishwasher front panel fell off on our first dishwashing adventure.
The one item that I was extremely upset about was that the stairs were too steep and very narrow (low depth). On the last day before we left, in spite of all my efforts to be very alert going up and down the stairs, I ended up falling down the stairs, hitting my 3-year old. I injured my shoulder and arm. I will check if the steep stairs violate the building code; regardless I would have expected the property description to disclose the steep and narrow stairs.

The house was very near the Heavenly ski resort, and had the streets been covered in snow, it would not surprise me if we could have just skied straight down to the house. The hot tub was great. The master bedroom seems to not get as warm and cozy as the rest of the house, but there may have been a register that I didn't open in there... I didn't bother looking. The gas fireplace was great but could stand some better directions on how to make it work.... I basically had to set everything to manual rather than auto. But it worked! Overall the place was great. We love this house. We had 4 adults & 4 kids and it was plenty of space. The kids played video games in the front room while we got to enjoy a movie in the living room. It was great. The house is so close to everything, so convenient. The girls enjoyed a spa treatment at Shannon's day spa a few blocks away and the boys got to snow board a few steps away in the other direction. We could have stayed for a week! I really don't have a bad thing to say about the place. In fact, we plan to rebook for next year if we can. More...
