Great beach house venue
I highly recommend if you're looking for great views on the beach and close to town, then look no further than this house. The accomodations are immaculate and the views are even better. There is a premium for this house, so be expected to put down a pretty penny, but it's well worth it for a group of 10.

Relaxation!
This was a great house! There are beautiful views of the lake from every room. Upstairs is a second living room area perfect for the kids, big and small, to play games and watch movies. Step out on the patio and you are on the beach. The private beach was just that, private. The kids played in the sand and the water was shallow for them to play without worry. The secluded patio in the front of the house was also a nice area to barbeque. We would definitely stay again.
