quiet, relaxing stay with amazing view

Service here could not have been better. The house had an amazing view and was so quiet and peaceful. It had everything we needed, plus some extras--fireplace and hot tub. Our only complaint would be that the place needs a little updating. Appliances and decor in the kitchen and baths were very dated (original early 70's?) but worked fine. Carpet in the master bathroom is not ideal and should be tiled. The drive up the mountain to the house is a little steep and scary, but well worth it. All in all we'd definitely recommend Windcliff!

Manager Response to Stacey and Mark

Thank you for your comments on your stay in Cedar Lower. The owner has been notified and plans to purchase new appliances. He is also considering your suggestion of tiling the baths.
Because Windcliff is a mountainside location the roads here can be daunting to someone not used to the mountains, but they are very well maintained year round. The spectacular views make the drive worth it.
