Spacious top floor unit with east access to shuttle, town and go

Overall, we enjoyed the unit's access to town, roominess and quality
beds a plus.

We were surprised to find no elevator to our third floor location and
our "techie" had to reconfigure the router before we could access the
internet.
The hot tub quit working on Sunday and was not repaired until
Monday. It had one other period during the week when its'
temperature fell into the 80s.

The design of the unit was sometimes more suited to a designer's
style than to a true residence. The decorating was a bit over done
and we temporarily moved many knick knacks to make room for
meals, board games and watching tv.

Clean- wise, it is due for a deeper cleaning with many dust balls and
bits and pieces of trash under sofas and chairs.

While we give it a high rating, we will not rent this unit again.

The property manager was responsive and empathic.

We are very surprised with this review. Since this guest's stay the unit has undergone a deep cleaning and is now spotless. We have also taken action to ensure that the cleanliness of the property is up to our high standards by hiring someone in charge of inspecting after the cleaners have been through.

Regarding the internet, a call to our Guest Services manager would have solved any issues, as he would have come there immediately to solve any problems.
