This home is a nice size and is within a short(10 minute)walking distance to the beach. There is a large yard, front and back, that is safe for the kids to play. The cottage is well kept. The major issue for our stay was an extreme number of ants (of all sizes, with and without wings) that we were having to hunt down on a too-regular basis. The owners should call an exterminator to eliminate this problem. Also, the rental fee is a bit high.
