Beautiful location but condo needs a little work.

Overall we found our experience with unit 3702 enjoyable. The staff at Kanaloa were very helpful and friendly. The unit has an amazing view and is in a great location, close to shopping and not too far from Kailua-Kona. My son enjoyed the 2 pools the complex has and the grounds of Kanaloa are very pretty. Its just too bad the restaurant is closed!
The kitchen needs to be outfitted a little better. Needs to have larger skillets, a cookie sheet, and better knives. The kitchen faucet was broken so you needed to make sure you pushed it down just right to turn off the water. The jacuzzi tub in the master was broken (and looks like it has been for quite some time) while this didn't bother me in the least I am sure it would be nice for others if it was in working order. Also the fan on the lanai needs to be fixed, it gets hot out there!
With a few improvements, this would be a fantastic unit to stay in.

Thank you for your review and bringing these problems to my attention.

The kitchen has been resupplied with new skillets, a cooking sheet and new knive set. The faucet has been fixed too.

The ceiling fan on the lanai is fixed as well.

The jacuzzi tub in the master bath is going to be removed this spring, so I don't plan on fixing it until after my remodel.
