Our family had a wonderful vacation stay.

We had actually reserved a different cabin to stay in but to our dismay it was not at all what we thought we were getting. My husband called the main office and told them that we were very dissatisfied with the place. We had to go all the way back to the office to get another key to another cabin. We were extremely upset that we had to fight all the traffic and drive all the way back through gatlinburg. The kids were even more upset because we were wasting our precious vacation time trying to get a cabin that they would be proud to say they stayed in. But, needless to say, when we did finally get the key and get all the way back to the cabin it was BEAUTIFUL. The rest of our vacation was wonderful.
