Great place to stay on the Big Island!

My wife, three daughters, and I stayed in KKSRC Condo 5-103 for a week in April and would definitely stay here again on a future visit. With the off-season rate, we were able to stay in this beautiful, 2 Br oceanside condo for little more than a room in a typical chain hotel on the mainland.

The condo was clean and comfortable with beds for 3 people in the second bedroom (fifth person didn't have to stay on a hide-a-bed). The unit is ground floor and right next to the ocean. We ate our meals at the table on the lanai to the sound of waves crashing on the rocks.

The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed for the cooking we did. A gift basket from a local vendor was a nice touch. The condo includes coolers for your day trips, beach chairs and towels, a couple boogie boards, a couple sets of snorkeling gear - we pretty much just had to provide food.

The condo is just a minute or two away from a shopping center with a grocery and a drug store, which is very convenient. Also, it is located just a minute from Kahaluu Beach Park, which has great snorkeling. We saw more variety of fish here than on our snorkeling expedition.

Communication from the owners was great, from clear information regarding billing and policies to the instructions for getting into the unit.

As I said in the title, a great place to stay on the big island.
