Our plane arrived late to the Orlando area. I was a little nervous that because it was after hours and we hadn't set up a key pick up, we would run into trouble. No way. I called the office and they said to take our time. Even though we were lost, they gave us directions and waited for us to arrive. GREAT staff.
We got to the house and it was everything that we expected. There were five adults in our party. Everyone loved their room. The pool was a welcome site and nice and warm. The house was very clean and the rooms were well appointed. What you see in the pictures of the house is exactly what you get. The hot tub was real nice after a day at the parks. Oh, and the option of coming home in the middle of the day to hang out, rest, swim was heaven sent. My aunt traveled with us this time and she was very pleased also.
This was my second time renting one of these property's and it won't be the last.

My personal tips:
Keep the afternoon for yourself
We went to the parks early, and stayed till most people looked exhausted. Left at one or two and layed around the pool, had lunch, took naps. Back to the parks by four, refreshed and raring to go.
