Exceptional quality and service

When we arrived and opened the door to the All Star Vacation Home our mouths dropped... The place was of the highest quality standards, featured a plasma tv in each bedroom, pool table, air hockey, wi-fi, etc, etc... The home had clearly been cleaned by a professional cleaning crew and everything was in perfect order.

The only issue we had was with a back door alarm (mandatory by city ordinance apparently) that broke and won't shut off. We called the All Star's offices and within five minutes someone was on site and fixed the problem. We were very impressed.

Be easy on the backdoor alarm

As mentioned, the backdoor alarm broke, but it was likely our fault. Do not hit the release button too hard or it'll break.
