Advanced Review for Pie in the Sky - Carolina Mornings   Perfect Hideaway! Reviewed by: The Maxwells Reviewed on: 05/15/2008 for their stay in 10/2007 We stayed here for our 1-year wedding anniversary and had a wonderful time! The cabin looked exactly like the pictures, and you could tell it was very well kept and loved by its owners. Sitting in the hot tub at night, you could see every star in the sky...it was beautiful (but if you want to have a glass of wine in the hot tub, come prepared - the cabin is in a dry county). We had a great time and enjoyed only being about 30 min away from Biltmore and Grandfather Mountain. Not that we are big drinkers, but we ended up driving about an hour trying to get out the county to buy a bottle of wine which was kind of a pain. I would come prepared (or at least take the drive during the day when you could look at the beautiful scenery!)
