The good with the bad

Overall a positive experience staying at the condo. Very comfortable with lots of space but did not seem especially clean. Blankets stored in the closets smelled awful-like they hadn't been washed in awhile. The carpet in the living area is badly stained. The lobby of the building smells like urine, asked maintenance people about this and they replied "it has always smelled like that". You can tell this unit gets a lot of use. The location is great and the view especially nice.

Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and we have forwarded the information on to both the Owner of Park Avenue Lofts #305 and the Housekeeping Department.

This is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the upgrades needed, especially the carpets. Housekeeping has been notified as well to ensure that all the blankets are washed.

I looked into the situation with the Lobby and I apologize for the very incorrect response that you received. There was construction going on in the building at the time, which did result in a lingering odor. The smell was taken care of in the next day or so, but I am very sorry about the comment that was made, as we always striving to keep the common areas of our buildings top notch with cleanings throughout the day.
