Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.
I have forwarded the information on to the housekeeping department to make sure the kitchen is well stocked before every arrival, as well as management to investigate implementing housekeeping services for weekly stays.
I apologize for the confusion on the response to the maintenance issues. The Front Desk is to inform all guests at check-in to call us here at Great Western Lodging for anything they need during their stay and I will follow up to make sure this information is being relayed.
