I wanted to pass along some great news, the homeowner of Park Avenue Lofts #201 has installed a 39 inch flat screen television in the living room, plus another smaller flat screen television in the bedroom! We are very excited to see this upgrade by the owner!

I have forwarded the information on to the owner of Park Avenue Lofts #201 to note that the television needs to be updated to a widescreen, as well as sent this off to our Operations Department to look into providing shampoo, conditioner, and lotion for all units.
