Great deal in central Kauai

This condo was an excellent choice for us. We wanted to stay in Kapaa because we planned to visit all parts of the island and we had heard the food is the best here. We picked the perfect base from which to make excursions. The condo was furnished well - we were able to prepare our own meals when we wanted to and used the free beach towels and cooler bag provided. The laundry facilities are just across the bottom of the stairs and there is a great fish place called Kilauea Fish Market right next door. It wasn't necessary for us to have an ocean view since we saw so many of the beaches around the island and the beach in front of the hotel isn't really swimmable anyhow. The curtain issue was a bit annoying when we wanted to access the patio but it wasn't enough to deter a 5 star rating. Kristen was very thorough in her emails and enjoyable to make arrangements with.
