Nice condo, worse experience ever

The management was not attentive to the noise and discourteous conduct of the renters in 401. We could not sleep, carry on conversation or watch a movie because of the noise level. The night before we departed the management finally came by to see what could be done. No one offered to move us or make things better. For the money spent, one would expect better service. The condo was nice but be careful about the renters above – not worth the risk.
Great Western’s advice was to call the cops.

I will be following up with the front desk staff on your situation as any noise coming from the units after 10:00pm is not permitted per Town of Breckenridge noise ordinances and we should always be responding the same day of any noise complaints in other units.
