Disappointment in aspen

We stayed at Unit 11 alpenblick which had very tired furnishings and fixtures with minimal cutlery and cooking untensils. Every day of our stay we had to call property management with a problem from a fireplace that did not work, to toilets that would not stop running, and on the fourth day, the plumbing pipes burst and flooded the kitchen backed sewage up into the beedroom shower. We were moved to Unit 14 alpenblick where the experience was repeated with a sewage backup in the basement so we were not able to use the shower or kitchen until workmen fixed the plumbing problem. We had workmen in our unit daily during our stay which greatly diminished our enjoyment of the accommodation. Rather than getting an apology from property management, I was told that I needed to come to their office to fill out papaerwork for the move from Unit 11 to Unit 14. Having stayed at hundreds of properties around the world, I can safely say that this was the worst experience I have ever had in rental accommodation.
