I received good service when I checked in. When i had questions i was able to email my contact and did receive an answer. I however did not find the booklet/info on the room. I was told at check in there would be a booklet describing the do's and don'ts of the rental and info on the local social scene. Overall we had a good experience but for the amount of money we spent on the trip i will likely look for a trip with similiar excitement with slightly less cost.
