Great location!

Our third stay at Park avenue Lofts, first time in unit 305. It is a great location: a short walk across the road to the base of Peak 9; close to Blue River rentals for exchanges; an easy walk down Main Street to all the shops and restaurants; covered parking and ski locker. And a private hot tub(!) which we enjoyed every afternoon after skiiing. Great view of the mountain from the hot tub. The heated tile floors are nice too.

It is a casually comfortable unit, and my only knock is that the living/dining area and kitchen were smaller than expected for a group of six adults. It was sufficient, but close quarters. All three bedrooms are on one floor, whereas the two-bedroom units at Park avenue Loft are on two floors.

Have always had a good experience with property manager Great Western Lodging.
