The place was nicely appointed and really close to a lift. The hot tubs and sauna helped after a long day of skiing. The sofa bed needed to have the box spring replaced long ago, however, and the large burner on the stove didn't work. The support folks were very responsive.

Thank you for your review! We always like to hear from our guests and this is great information for us to make sure that our units are getting the attention needed and guest’s are experiencing exceptional customer service.

I will let the owner know about the need for a new box spring and good news, maintenance did up fixing the burner, but they did have to work on it to get all in working condition.
