Imaginary Stay - Real Invoice

I was to stay in this property for 3 nights but a business emergency required that I cancel my trip. I was fully charged and never heard back regarding my prepayment from the property manager despite e-mailing them. The property was not in demand as there were no renters before or after my planned stay. So, it is a bit ironic that I have been asked to review the property which looks quite nice but which I never stayed in. An aberation from what is normally a good rental company. That said, money makes the world go round especially in aspen. And, customer service and loyalty takes a back seat to short term profits. In future visits, I will certainly consider other property rental companies and Vrbo.
