Great Place to Stay! |

This property was true to its description in every way.
It was clean, comfortable and had all the necessities and many
luxuries in every room from the kitchen to the games room.
The managers were accessible, friendly and professional.
Only 20 minutes away from most of the Disney Theme parks.
Close to essential stores, Publix, Walmart and even Lowes.
You won't be disappointed. |

Luxurious home from home |

We stayed in this house for two weeks in March 2008 and would highly recommend it. We couldn't believe the size of the house when we got there. It's a 5 bedroom with 3 double rooms and 2 twins. The entrance hall leads into a spacious open plan lounge and dining area with great views of the pool. From here you carry on through into the large kitchen and second lounge area again with pool access. The kitchen is great with everything you could need. Both lounge areas were extremely comfortable with huge cinema style tvs. Leading from the dining area is a utility room with washing machine and dryer which were very handy. There is then access into the garage which has been converted into an amazing, fully loaded games room with pool table, table football, air hockey and playstation with games chairs.
The master bedroom is on the ground floor which was wonderful. It has access to the pool, a huge bed, walk in wardrobe and great ensuite with twin sinks, shower, toilet and spa bath.
The 4 bedrooms upstairs were all very spacious and comfortable. Everything you could think of was provided from hundreds of clean towels and hairdryers (good ones too!)to kitchen ware, board games and handy instruction books everywhere!
The house was about 10-15 minutes drive from Disney World and about 20-25 minutes away from the Universal parks. It was a great base for exploring everything and lovely to come back to relax and unwind. The area was very pretty and quiet with access to a playground, sand volleyball court and tennis courts. None of us wanted to leave!

Fantastic Large Family home |

This is a lovely large rental villa that will make you feel at home away from home. I stayed here with 6 children. The decor is absoultely lovely, clean, spotless and well presented, it's spacious with 2 living rooms and an open planned kitchen come breakfast table. Everything was provided in the home in terms of basic necessities and the kids especially loved the Games room and the swiming pool. The house actually looked alot nicer in reality than on the pictures. Not once were the kids bored as there was plenty to do whilst we were at the villa, pool, pool table, air hockey, football table, PS Games console, 7 Televisions with endless channels and more importanly for me fast Internet access.
Location wise it was also perfect. Not too far away from the main attractions and yet not to close either. Tuscan Ridge is lovely, peaceful if peace is what you are looking for when retired to your Villa. Additionally the house is right next to a tennis and volley ball court.
Strongly recommend this house. |
