We really enjoyed our stay on Jump Lane. We had nice weather, watched fishing boats zoom by, and saw blue herons every day. It was so nice to bring our dog with us! He loved the beach. The community was quiet and a nice place for walks. The home was well apointed. Wish some windows had better cover. It was a little bright in the morning. The place itself was fabulous! Clean, and spacious! The views were awesome nature abounds! The kitchen was well stocked with the appropriate appliances and equipment. The master bed was very comfortable. We enjoyed the pool and crabbing off the dock. It was great to have a pet friendly location. The garage was an added bonus! The neighbors were quite friendly too.

A few suggestions: Need fans in dining area and on the rear screened in deck portion. Deck furniture off the master would be a nice improvement. Several lightswitches were not identifiable, lights had burned out bulbs or fixtures did not work. (screened in porch)
There are lots and lots of stairs. The half bath needs curtains as it is at the front and the commode is adjacent to the window. Peep show in the making. The washer has succombed to the moldy smell of most front load large capacity washers.

This was a beautiful townhouse with wonderful bay views from a screened porch. Not close to the ocean if you want to go to the beach every day, but very reasonable priced for a lovely and large place to stay in the beach area. Liked that it was pet friendly! More...

We chose this home because of the fact that we could bring our dog with us. It looked new and clean from the website, but what we found when we arrived was a home that was not very clean at all. We did call and report the fact that it didn't look like it had been cleaned, so hopefully this was remedied for the next week. We also had problems with the internet connection when we arrived, and then later in the week the cable was totally out due to a contractor cutting the line. When we call Wilgus, a rude employee told my husband he would have to call MediaComm himself. When he called back someone else at Wilgus told him it was a different cable provider. It was out for over 24-hours, which made it difficult for him to get some important work done. I realize things happen that are out of your control sometimes, but to be treated like my husband was is unacceptable. We will definitely not return to this property and I'm unsure if we'll rent from Wilgus again. When I checked out, the employee at the desk didn't even ask how my stay was. Great property for family and friends. Loved coming back to the Indian River view and sunset after the days at the beach. Close to beaches, restaurants, and other beach towns. Grill, great kitchen, screened porch and pool all make for a relaxing, fun vacation place. More...

I am not sure whether the owner wants to change the
curtains before our stay for that nice house. We
ended up living in a water front house for sight
seeing and being sightseeing. None of the bedrooms
has a piece of curtain on, same as the bathroom
inside of the master bedroom :)
