Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We, Wilgus Associates, Inc did not make a mistake with the booking. The accurate account of events was this: You inquired about a rental - the agent told you that there was nothing in walking distance to the beach in your price and date range. She described to you a rental unit that was approximately 4 miles to the beach and gave you the address. When you asked her to email you the link, she did, sending the wrong property link - however, based on correspondance it was easy to see that this property did not meet the information given. You booked the correct property, then last minute, decided to call and say that you were supposed to have the "ocean front" which you knew did not exist. We are known for having some of the best customer service in the area!! We are sorry that your "dream" property was not available, but you knew from day 1 what was available.
Spacious but lacking what advertised pictures show
Check in was fine. House was warm and took a full day to cool downstairs and two days to cool upstairs. Should leave house cool on back-to-back rentals. Probably put more stress on a/C unit trying to cool the house between rentals than if someone would have just left it alone. Bathrooms were clean..kitchen was not (ants were an issue as well). Master bed didn't have the nice wicker frame like shown in the picture--had no headboard or sideboards at all (didn't affect sleep, but obvious this owner took some of the nicer things out of the house including the large flat screen tv in the family/living area). Other tv's in the house were also old, two of them with no remotes. Not sure what was up with water heater but hot showers were scarce. Was surprised not to have a land-line telephone or wireless internet (my fault for not reading the amenities closely). All in all, a nice place and decent price for the size. Having the garage to store our own bikes was nice. Need new cleaners (except whoever did the bathrooms). More...

Not clean: Ants in Kitchen
Nice subdivision with plenty of space for our family. Not a bad drive to the beach and close to grocery store. Food on floor in a few rooms. Only superficially cleaned at best. Ants in kitchen found crawling through food we stored on counter and in cabinet, as well as on floor. If not for the lack of cleanliness and the ants, the ratings would all have been very good to excellent. More...

Great house, Great Location
The house was great. Lots of room for the family, all 10 of us to spread out and be comfortable. The location is great close to the beach, boardwalk, restaurants and grocery stores. The garage was full of extra beach gear and quite a few bikes. More...

Quiet,comfortable home. Great location, swimming pool
Best vacation ever. Plenty of room for my
grandchildren to sleep and Steets for bike riding , playing and safe! Loved the swimming pool,too
