| Great Place with pateo in back and dock. The only issue for me was parking for the boat/trailer which was small and limited. |

| This is a great house for a couple or small family right on the water. The house was clean, comfortable and had a great HD tv for relaxing. The back yard is a really unique multi-tiered deck that leads down to a small boat dock. Although the deck was really nice and well maintained, this is not a good spot for small children (or in our case, a blind dog) as there are no railings. But other than that it's a really nice home and I'd recommend it! |

My husband and I enjoyed a week at the
BigBear Lake house. Had great views,
wonderful jacuzzi, comfortable bed.
Numerous decks for lounging and reading.
We came home relaxed and ready for our
next trip! Thank You |

Great for being right on the water |

| We spent 4 days at this house. Wonderful location and relaxing on the patio down by the dock. Enjoyed the jacuzzi at night watching the stars. Carpets were dirty and rental agent said this was due to all the rain they had recently, that they deep clean a couple times during the season. Would recommend they put in laminate or tile. Other than that the house was wonderful and we had a very relaxing time. |

| The house was pretty nice. Hot tub was great. Being right by the lake was fun. Nice views. We did have some technical issues. Cable didn't work and neither did the wireless internet. Both of which were not resolved thru the rental agency. I think they told us we would have to contact the owner. That didn't seem very helpful. Also, it's advertised have a fully fenced in yard. but if you have a small dog, be careful. As it isn't chainlink and a small dog can easily escape. Other than that it was a nice place. |

| We are a family of 4 and would definately rent this property again. For our young kids the big TV's were great. It was so nice being right on the lake. The patios were set up really nice and the Jaccuzzi was a blast. We just turned down the temp and the kids got to go in and turned it back up at night for ourselves. Very nice property, well worth it! :) |
