I would have expected the house to have some items included such as soaps, toilet paper, etc. We needed to run to town to get some of these items the day that we arrived. Also, every corner of every room had spiders. I realize the house is located in a woods, but would have thought it would have been gone through a week or a day ahead of arrival. The TV in the family room did not work, but was replaced. Overall the family did have fun.   Manager Response: August 13, 2008 All our vacation rentals are stocked with guest amenities that include resort quality soap, shampoo, body lotion, conditioners, and tissue and paper products. Guest services reported that you stopped at our office after checking in stating that you wanted “full size” shampoo. We would have been happy to provide you with any additional supplies that we stock if that would have satisfied your request. Every rental is cleaned and inspected prior to guest arrival. Unfortunately homes in woods can have insects and we clean and treat them as necessary. We try to avoid inconvenience to guests during treatments. There was no pest problem reported during the previous rental, however, if we had known that there was an occurrence of insects after your arrival we would have been happy to have responded to it.     Each review is the opinion of our individual member and not the opinion of Flipkey, Inc.
