Better than staying at a conference hotel |

This condo is within walking distance to the Crowne Plaza conference hotel and the beach. I spent 4 days indoors at a professional meeting while my family enjoyed the beach and walks along the miles of paths that run through the property. I walked back to the condo and met them for lunch each day. At the end of the day, we'd all go out for dinner. The location on the island is perfect for dining out; there is a wonderful selection of high quality places to eat within minutes of the Shipyard front gate.
The condo is tastefully appointed and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The beds are great and the location is quiet - great for sleeping. I would definitely stay here again and have recommended it to all of my colleagues at work as an alternative to the conference hotel. |

| Enjoyed our stay in this beautifully decorated condo. It had everything possible to make our visit enjoyable. We have stayed in many condos & never had one with so many extra, unexpected items to enhance our stay. Location was great - It was close to the beach & the pool. We had a great time & hope to stay there again. |

| We had a very comfortable stay at 159 Beachwalk. The villa has recently been renovated and was in very good condition. The beds were especially comfortable. This was our 18th summer in a row staying in the Beachwalk, Shipyard complex. We have stayed in many different units and this one was one of the better units in terms of furnishings, convenience, etc. The combination lock on the front door was a plus. We also want to commend Coastal Home & Villa rentals for their excellent service. When the air conditioning broke down at 5PM Saturday, they had a repairman at the unit by 6:30PM who fixed the problem. Now that's good service!! |

| This property provides everything you want for a fun and relazing family getaway. Beach is a 5 minute walk, Pool is right around the corner and easily accessible to shopping and activities. The spacious townhome provides a great base for watching movies, having family meals, doing puzzles or just relaxing as a family. |
