| We loved the house! It was so comfortable we stayed inside almost too much. The pool was just the right temp but it could have used a good cleaning. The walk to the beach was not bad and the beaches on the Atlantic side of the island are much better than on the sound. |

This was our 4th stay at 35 Night Heron. We couldn't love it more! It has everything you need for a perfect vacation.
The beach is only a short walk away, and the on-site pool is a great place to cool off. Also, being inside Sea Pines, you are close to great places like South Beach and Harbour Town.
If you are looking for a peaceful, laid-back vacation...this is it!!! |

Our first week was at #28 Night Heron, which we also recommend
(lower price than #35 and, therefore, different): the entourage is
beautiful.
The next weeks were at #35, where our son and daughter came to
visit. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves: our morning breakfasts inside
a well protected terrace by the canal, the house filled with light, the
windows with beautiful shades, a very well equipped kitchen, two
bathrooms adjacent to two lovely bedrooms ...
The situation of both houses is perfect: walk to the beach, walk to the
swimming pool...

| As always had a fantasic time in Hilton Head!!! Minus one huge palmetto bug the first night, our stary was great. Perfect size for a small family. Walk to the beach was about a 5-8 minute walk. The condo had everything we needed. |

| This property is extremely well equipped and very comfortable. Offers new appliances, flat screen TV with cable and DVD player and high speed internet connection. There are 2 screened in porches, one with a dining table and one off bedroom with chairs to sit out and enjoy the weather. Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. Will be staying there again. |
