We absolutely love this house! It has it's own private pool with lots
of seating around plus lots of privacy with trees and palms. The
screened in porch overlooking the pool is a great place to read a
book, eat lunch, or play card with friends. If it's too warm there are
ceiling fans to keep the air moving.
The inside of the house could be your own home. The kitchen is
completely equipped to cook dinner every night (but of course there
are too many great restaurants close by to choose from!). There are
always cards, games, and books to pass the time, not to mention
the great TV area.
With 3 bedrooms (each with their own bathroom) it's easy to still
have your privacy. We never felt crowded even with several families
sharing the house.
We've stayed in this house 4 times now and enjoy it more each
time. |

Wonderful for family get togethers |

This was the most amazing house ever for our family vacation. We had 17 family members & we all fit very nicely inside & on the screened porch with room to spare.
My brother & his wife had a private master suite with bath on the first floor. My husband & I had the private master suite with bath on the second floor. My Mom & sister had a private bedroom with twin beds & a private bath on the first floor. It was perfect.
We celebrated my Mom's 86th birthday with soup, salad, mexican dip & a delicious ice cream cake from Publix. There was so much room that everybody had a comfortable place to sit for the meal.
The kitchen is gigantic. We had as many as 5 cooks in there at the same time & 2 or 3 more people at the table, which by the way was surrounded by windows. We even got to see 2 hawks chowing down on a squirrel they captured. What a great experience.
We didn't use the pool very much because of the biking opportunities but the patio around it was wonderful for reading a book or working a crossword puzzle. We will definitely rent this home again. |

| We rented this property 6 years ago. It is a quaint home. Great private location. Nice little pool for the kids. 10 minute walk to the beach. Nice for family of 5. |

Relaxing oasis! |

We just recently spent a week at the Kingston Rd Beach House. This is our 2nd time staying in the house. Our adult children come in and spend the week with us. It is a wonderful, relaxing week. Our favorite part is the spacious back porch! We play games, eat all of our meals and enjoy family time together there after a day of walking on the beach, sailing, kayaking, hiking in the wild life preserve, beachcombing or biking on the island.
We try to do something new every year. It's a well maintained home & inviting. It just makes you feel welcome as soon as you arrive.
You can come and just relax or be busy the whole time. You can eat out in some great restaurants or we enjoy cooking and eating together at home with an occasional meal out.
Please come & enjoy.
