| Nice place. Convenient to beach, pool and South Beach. Clean and reasonably well cared for. Bathrooms are ancient but clean...could use updating. Kitchen small but adequate...major appliances (fridge/stove)well over 20+ years. Only real gripe...the bathrooms at the pool were disgusting and remained that way for the entire week. Other renters in our vicinity said that they too complained to the rental agency but to no avail. It was unpleasant to say the least. |

David, thanks so much for your review. This home has a wonderful location close to the beach and South Beach Marina. The bathrooms have not been redone but are recently painted and redecorated. In autumn 2008 the kitchen is being redone with new appliances and cabinets.
I'm sorry to hear about the pool bathrooms. Unfortunately the POA hires a management company to oversee the common grounds including the pool and bathrooms. We registered your complaint about the dirty bathrooms directly to them. I'm sorry that they did not correct the problem. Since we only manage this one home in Beachside, guests staying in other Beachside homes must have called their own rental agency - not us.
We appreciate your feedback as it allows us to improve our service to future guests. We do hope that you will come back to this home again next year. |

Great Large Family Home |

This was the second vacation rental home we rented on Hilton Head Island. We were extremely pleased with the layout of the home and the private bathrooms for all of the bedrooms. The beach was a short walk away and was loaded with dolphins. The carport under the home was very convenient and large enough for many cars. The outside shower was a wonderful plus! We plan to stay again.

Perfect Location |

| It was our first trip to Hilton Head and we could not have picked a better rental home if we tried! We stayed in the house with 6 adults and 2 small children. We were thrilled with the location - perfect distance to the beach, the pool, tennis courts, and the Salty Dog. The home was beautifully furnished and the sun porch view to the courtyard was lovely. The stove had 2 burners that were out but were being fixed during our stay. I would also suggest rearranging the furniture in the 2nd floor master so that the bed is not directly under the air vent. Other than that, it was wonderful! It is a great home and we will definitely consider renting this home again in the future! |

| We thoroughly enjoyed this property. There were 6 adults and our small children that stayed there. There are small views of the water from the porches, which is nice. The house is very well laid out and worked well with the number of people we had staying there. The only downside was the stove...only 2 burners worked and 1 of those only worked part time. Overall, however, it was great. It is a very short walk to the beach (less than 4 or 5 minutes if that) and the pool is directly across a small street. It is also close to SouthBeach and the Salty Dog cafe. Great Times!!! |

| The house was nice and the location was good.Plenty of space, furnished nicely, and fairly well equipped kitchen. The queen beds were extremely firm and the twins were extremely soft. Reccommend replacement. The A/C in the upstairs master was loud and constant; we were in other facilities in the neighborhood and their unit didn't make that much noise.I would recommend a unit information book; we didn't know until the last day that we could use the beach club. Nice for the kids to be able to walk to the Salty Dog. |
