| This was our first time renting a condo and we totally enjoyed the experience. The condo was very spacious. For our family of six this was very important. No one was cramped and every one had the means to have down time. The couple who owns this condo has many extras so that you do not have to pack the kitchen sink. The beach stroller, chairs and beach tent was extremely convenient and helpful. A great alternative to highrise condos or hotels. Our kids could walk out the door w/out us hot on their hills. Thanks for a great vacation experience. |

| 154 Beachwalk is a great basic villa that is a short walk to the beach. The kitchen is well-equipped and the decor is tasteful for a beach house. I've stayed in other Beachwalk units; this was the most comfortable one so far. The units are older--my guess is built in the late 1970s but they are well maintained. The best part is the access to the shady biking trails and beach in the Shipyard neighborhood (plantation). Very nice grill on the patio--we ate outside several times (no mosquitoes). Only cons were we wished there had been a more recent (or effective) extermination treatment (several spiders and palmetto bugs in the house). Also, the advertised beach cart that we were counting on to haul stuff was broken (wheel off) and not easy to use. That said, the owners left beach chairs and toys to use. And the furniture in the master bedroom, living room and dining room were new and comfortable. I would stay here again. Owner is nice and communicative as well. |

| The house was wonderful, fully equipped and well furnished. The stove needs some repair work though, nearly all the burners had problems, other than that no complaints at all with the house, very very comfortable. The wireless is a bit unreliable, and when sitting on the outside deck there is a definite lack of privacy with the walking/biking trail directly behind the house. Would recommend for anyone with children wanting to be near the beach. |
