Our first vacation as a family to Orlando was made much easier by staying at a vacation home as opposed to a hotel. The house was exactly like the pictures online, down to the linens. The bedrooms were perfect for the kids, the master bedroom and bathroom were huge and everyone enjoyed themselves. As a party of nine, everyone had their own space. No one was tripping over each other and the there was no fighting between the four children. Their favorite part of the house was the enclosed private pool - they spent every day in it, rain or shine. Mine was the laundry room (so much easier to come home with clean clothes!)
The house was located very close to the theme parks. After spending each day at a different theme park we would come home and relax in the pool/hot tub, have a homemade meal (usually on the BBQ) and just unwind.
In fact we liked being at the house so much that we decided to spend one day at home!!
Even though we had to look after ourselves as though we were at home, it was the nicest holiday I'd ever had!! I felt so rested and relaxed. By the way, the beds are incredibly comfy!!!
I would truly recommend a vacation home to anyone considering a trip to Disney. |
