Reviewed by: Elizabeth Reviewed on: 05/01/2008 We have stayed with All Star properties 2 other vacations. It is always convenient and the pool is a nice break. We have two small children and although the pool is nice it is also a source of concern. The first day we are there, the pool alarm wires pulled out from the sliding glass door. I called the office before we left for the parks the next morning. I received a call on my cell phone as well as a written note upon our return that it had been fixed. No delays, no excuses, they fixed it and called to make sure we were happy.
