| This property was in immacualte condition. Great to have washer/dryer in unit. Despite the flip down beds in both bedrooms, they were quite comfortable. No TV's in bedrooms was disappointing. Fantastic balcony view even from 2nd floor. Only drawback is check in/check out times. Too late to check in and too early to check out. Would still rent property again and recommend renting this particular unit. |

| We had a great time @ Seagull. the locals are very friendly and made some great recomendations on dining and things to do. The property was amazing..dont forget extra towels and paper towels and stuff.The view is amazing, we think the 2nd floor is better than the ground floor because there are big sand dunes in front of the ground level,blocking the ocean view. We can't wait to be back next year and the next year.... |

| This was a great condo. It was one of the nicest we have ever stayed in on any coast. We loved the view, the location, and the modern kitchen. The condo felt like a real home with nice furniture and appliances. I would highly recommend this place for couples in particular. Very comphy for two! |

| This was one of the most wonderful vacations I have had in a very long time, the whole ride to south padre I kept talking about "I can't wait to be on the beach to be in the sun." Well as soon as I was in our condo I wouldn't leave the balcony & its true me & my husband probably stayed on the balcony more then half the time we were out and about. *MOST REMEMBER THING* having that first cup of coffee in the morning on the wonderful balcony. Room, Bathroom, Livingroom, KITCHEN, very very wonderful also. We are thinking about doing another trip this year :) |
