| Quail Run is great, and CondosinSteamboat.com is great, but this was not one of the better units. There are some great Quail Run units, and condos in steamboat accomidated us last minute (we love them!), but this unit seemed smaller than the other 2 bedroom/ 2 bath units, without much storage. It was fine for our family of 5 (3 small kids) but if my mom had come like she usually does we would not have had enough room. The unit we rented sold at the last minute, so we were so happy with condos in steamboat for finding us another place, they are great!!! |

thanks for the feedback. The owner of Quail Run2 now has 2 twins in the 2nd bedroom (can be king) and she added more storage space for clothes. It was your feedback that lead to all this. Thanks again. |

| We enjoyed our stay in the Quail Run condo. The location of the condo was a good compromise of proximity to the slopes and cost. It was very nicely furnished, kitchen was truly fully equipped and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Plenty of towels for tubbing and showering. A big plus was being able to go directly to the condo and enter with our own 4-digit code using the keypad for the garage. The one issue was that the hot tub for the complex was not working properly, but our agent, Kim, did her best to get the management to fix it and, when that was unsuccessful, she allowed us to use the hot tub at another propery. |

Fantastic - everything you need |

We had two large groups (12 people) both staying in Condos at Quail Run. Had a great time, the condos are fully equipped with everything you could imagine - books, DVDs, full kitchen etc.
Shuttle bus to the gondola was pretty quick (every 10 minutes) - renting a locker at Gondola square is definitely worth it. |

| Steamboat was very good value and the snow was suberb (probably the best snow ever experienced and we've been around). Accomodation was good value and recommended. Close to bus stop which takes you everywhere. Journey to and from Steamboat is a long way over a mountain pass - be warned it could take 4-5 hours when the weather is bad. Our 6 year loved the ski school - this is truly an intermediate resort and the town of Steamboat about 2 miles away provides for some good shopping and eating out. Book early for best rates and negotiate your rate! |
