| House was just as pictured. When we first arrived at the community where the house was located at approx 7pm we could not get in because the gate code did not work so I called the guest services number and no one could get in contact with the property manager, so we waited(we being me, my wife and my 4 children, the youngest being 18 mos) for about a half hour until someone else that lived in the community opened the gate with their code. Guest services said they would call me back. Well I had to shop for groceries for the family and of course with a car full of groceries I had to wait again till someone else arrived. Still no call from guest services. 8am I call guest services again to find out why no one called, and girl that answer said she was unaware of problem and would try to call property mgr to get us the correct code. Well as you can guess by now still no callback, fortunately the code worked later that night. Check out was at 10am and I called guest services to inform them that I was going to be in a meeting from 9am until 5pm and wanted to know if I could leave keys to house in lock box. She told me if I did I would incur a $75 fee and there was know way around it. I assure you after all the trouble I went through the first night to now not make any accomodations for me is rediculous. I have stayed at other vacation home properties and enjoyed it very much. I will not stay at a home run by advantage vacations homes again. To top it all off they chg a rediculous $20 fee for using your visa checkcard, that's obsurd. These people were no help at all. |

As a large family group of two couples and two older teenagers (boy and girl) we were absolutely overjoyed with the layout of the villa. Indeed, we were initially worried about who would get the bedroom with the en-suite! But voila! 2 master bedrooms both with huge bathrooms. Plus of course 2 other bedrooms each having twin beds and shared bathroom!! Absolute privacy!Beautifully clean and modern with a welcome note from the maid, which was a nice touch.
Location wise - superb! Herons around the pond on the green to the back of the villa, tranquillity guaranteed. The pool was glorious after a long hot day and we're missing this aspect already.
Our only disappointment was that the safety deposit boxes were not on site.
We will definitely use this company again and commend their matching of the size of our party to the most perfect villa! |
