| I loved this home. Our stay was fantastic, with the exception of the pool being heated. i would recommend this home to anyone. We went to Universal, Disney locations, and went to other places. it was close easy access, despite the pool. |

| This vacation was truly home away from home. My entire family truly enjoyed the house, we had enough space for everyone....and there were 12 of us. It was nice to have our own pool and hot tub. The kids did not want to leave. I will definitely rent from Advantage Homes again! |

Great AAU Volleyball Experience!!! |

Our volleyball club has stayed with your organization before but I
personally had not taken my team there before. Little did I expect
what a GREAT experience it was! Our flight arrived early and when we
arrived at the checkin, the front desk was terrific! We had requested
an early checkin, and the housekeep was going to check on the house.
While we went to a breakfast, the front desk suggested Cracker Barrel,
and within a half hour, the house was ready! The kids were all excited
to see the house and when we got there! Oh Mercy Me! We were
totally blown away! This house was LUXURIOUS! one night we had the
parents over and we probably had over 30+ family and kids in the
house and everyone was sitting comfortably and relaxed and the
kitchen facilities were GREAT! The kids loved the blender - well I did -
great smoothies!!! If we are able to come back to Florida, we hope we
can get the same house!!! |

| This was our first time to Florida and first experience renting a villa. We were a family of 5 with children ranging from 10 to 13. It was fabulous. So many bedrooms, king master suites, cable tv with 70 channels, pool (paid for heating every day for 10 days but only heated on one day. Did not feel like complaining as was on holiday). Location a bit remote but with a car no problem. Superb space, decor, amenities and chinese- japanese food delivery. And great Publix too. Very cheap as we used to book 2 hotel rooms per night! Will never go back to hotels again. |

| We did a family trip to Orlando with a total of 12 people in June of 08. We loved this home - the pictures simply do not do it justice. There was more than enough room for everyone and the pool was a blessing. We have NO complaints - not even a little one :). Everyone loved the house and now I am the queen of the family for having found it. Staying this way beat hotels hands down. Splitting the cost among 12 people put it at $60 bucks per person for 3 nights and 4 days- you cannot beat that!!! WONDERFUL HOUSE! |
