| the house was great--needed to buy fans--air went out but was fixed the next day--thought the home would have cieling fans--service was prompt-defintely tell other people and will stay again |

Disappointed we had a cold pool and hot tub |

| Visiting Disney World, to get away from all the hustle and bustle, we rent a house away from the grounds to enjoy our own pool and privacy. We really enjoyed the interior of the home, it was very nice and spacious. However, we did have issues with the pool. I had requested it be heated and after driving for 12 hours we were looking forward to relaxing around the pool while the children swam. The pool had not been heated, I contacted the office and was told a service guy would come the next morning, which was Sunday. To give the pool time to heat I checked it again on Monday, it was still not even warm. I called the office each day trying to give the children at least one or two nights to swim after being at Disney all day long. When we returned home the pool was just as cold as when we arrived. The neighbor to this home told us the owneres have been having trouble with the heating system for some time. This sure put a damper on our trip and defeated the purpose of renting a home, versus staying on the Disney grounds. |
