Live, Love, Laugh Together |

As we drove UP the hill to the house in the mountains, my blood pressure went DOWN. The surrounding beauty was breathtaking with plenty to do if you love the mountains. There is skiing nearby, hiking of course, and even some thrill-seeking adventures such as a rip-line nearby! The home is quite nice, very welcoming with everything you'd want and expect to find in your own home. I especially loved the kitchen area with granite countertops and state of the art appliances looking into a lovely room with a cozy gas fireplace perfect for conversation and laughter!

Kinsman Mountain View house was the perfect location to visit all the area ski resorts including Jay Peak, Attitash, and Burke Mt. The cross country ski areas are wonderful as well. The house comfortably fit 20 kids! The kids slept down stairs in the bunk beds (they had their own living room, bathroom, TV, and kitchen facilities) and upstairs. Having the kids in the downstairs area gave the adults plenty of quiet time to prepare meals and sit by the fireplace at night and talk. The kithen area is awesome with counter space for eating as well as the table with mountain view. This place is awesome!

Although the house may have the comfortable space for a few more than the maximum rating of 16, we do not advise testing the limits as it could result in unfavorable actions not limited to eviction without refund. The Kinsman Valley View has a maximum occupancy of 16 guests using the 5th bedroom. The normal 4 bedroom configuration allows for up 12 in great comfort. We do greatly appreciate your honesty and candor on the report you have posted however.

This vacation home was fabulous in every way. We rented it as a mini reunion for 6 couples and 2 single women visiting another couple who live in Sugar Hill. The spacious accomodations were excellent. The house was unbelievably clean, beautifully furnished and perfectly sited. We sat on the deck with a view to the mountains during the day and of a splendid star show at night. It was close to stores if you needed something, but you'd never know that tucked away in the woods. We had group dinners and found everything we needed for cooking, serving & cleaning up. There was plenty of room for group activities and also to get away by yourself when you wanted. I can't say enough about how wonderful this house was. We all wished we owned it and are planning to come back again.

We stayed at the house with a large group and it was perfect. Lots of cozy places to nestle and open spaces to gather. Smaller groups would enjoy this home as well. The view is great and there is so much to do in the area. The house comes with everything you would need and it is easy to get to. Perfect for a family reunion. We will definitely come back.

We spent Thanksgiving of 2007 at the Kinsman Mt View house in Easton, NH with a family group of twelve. The house is lovely, spacious and very well equipped. There was plenty of room for various activities, football on the TV in one room and a lively game of charades in another.
The dining table is large and we could all sit down together for turkey and fixings.
The views are great and the house is an easy drive through lovely countryside to a major highway.

We really enjoyed staying in this home. It's just as advertised and the
views of the surrounding landscape and mountains were incredible.
The whole family had a great time and we'll definitely be back next
