We are a large family and we have enjoyed this property as a place to
stay for two years now. It is very close to all the major attractions in
the White Mountains (within about an hour), many of which we have
visited. This year, we also spent a great deal of time hiking on the
nearby trails on the Kancamagus Highway, in Franconia Notch and in
Crawford Notch.
After some long days outside, we were able to spread out and get
comfortable to enjoy our evenings with home-cooked meals, and lots
of room for us and our kids to read. We didn't feel at all cramped or
as though we were spending our evenings in a hotel. The house is
nicely maintained and is very comfortable.
