This unit is pretty good - not great. It has a good location, just a short walk to a lift.

As you would expect, the unit has a lot of wear and tear. It probably needs new carpeting and there is somewhat of a musty smell.

We had two family's of four in the unit and we were able to function. They do need to purchase a new pull out sofa sleeper as my boys chose to sleep on the floor rather than in the uncomfortable bed.

The condo is as beautiful as the pictures. Located on the 2nd floor it was quiet. The complex is ski in-ski out but the unit is not. You have to walk about 100 yards to get to the base of the slope, which was okay but we were under the impression you ski ski right to the door. The kids tried it but they had to pole the whole way and rocks on the street really abused the bottoms of the skis. Knowing that, we would stay there again.

We really enjoyed our stay in the Chateaux. This unit was decorated in an up-to-date manner and was cozy while offering ample space for many sleepers. It was clean, conveniently located, and came with all the amenities you need for your stay -- ample linens, cookware, etc. We had a parking permit for a garage space that was well lit and very convenient. At the time, the unit had a stubborn door lock but the management company was very responsive and helped us gain initial entry. My only suggestions would be that they fix the chipped slate floor tile in the kitchen, the front door hardware and think about leaving a few loads worth of detergent in the unit for the washer (we brought our own, but some people might not think of that). Overall, this was a wonderful unit in a charming mountain town.

The condo was very convenient to the mountainside and the heart of town and also very quiet. Great, well equipped kitchen which was nice since we cooked a lot. Nice decor. Liked having 3 bathrooms. Recommendations for change: Parking was a pain since we arrived in 2 cars. The underground parking was overpriced - it should have been complimentary with the condo - and then we had to park the 2nd car in a faraway lot. Also, the second bedroom queen bed has a very soft mattress that should be changed out. The master bath should have some safety railings, as the tub is very challenging to climb in and out of when taking a shower. Also the lighting could be updated in the master bath to add some brightness.

Decor is fabulous! Layout of the condo is perfect for a large family. Able to sleep several and spread out so that you are not walking all over each other. 2.5 baths are great! Being able to walk to both the lifts and to grab a bite at night is icing on the cake!
