| Tannenbaum is great! It’s right next to the Blue river in the South part of town. The deck is a wonderful place to relax and watch the river and nature. The layout of the condo is very accessible to all. Main Street is just a couple minutes away, yet the condo is very peaceful. I own a timeshare in Breckenridge, but the time there is not enough. I usually always use Breck Accommodations to book additional time in Breckenridge. The gang at Breck Accommodations are tops. Always helpful, and accommodating of my vacation plans. I’ve never been disappointed with any of their properties. |

| We were a group of 7 guys from Atlanta and Africa. The accommodations were fine and very convenient to the slopes. The atmosphere and location were superb. Only gripe could be that the hot tub and heated pool was a bit of a walk from our location. But we didn't care in our group. |

| Beautiful overlook from balcony to creek! Fireplace and open kitchen layout = great family times together! Just a quick walk through the woods (beautiful hike along the creek and thru the trees) or along the road to the slopes and town. Outside pool (very heated!) is great fun for the polar kids(and adults!) to sit in the snow and jump in the pool!! Relax in the indoor/outdoor hottubs under the trees! 2 bedrooms, sofa sleeper and 3 bedrooms make this a great way for your family to be together and spreadout also! |

Great for biking, but quiet when it needs to be |

Three buddies and myself flew to Denver and drove to Breckenridge for some Mountain Biking. Avalance bike rentals is about a block from The Tannenbaum. The guys there were very helpful and friendly. There were many trails easily accessed from the front door of our room. Others require short shuttles to the trail heads. (Peaks, Game Trail, etc.) After a hard day on the trails the pool and the sauna at Tannenbaum sure felt good. Downtown was close enough to saunter down to Eric's downstairs and have a cold Blue Moon on tap. Then Back to the room for a home cooked meal and some peace and quiet. Including the pleasant babbling of the Blue River just below the balcony. The setting couldn't have been better and the room was almost as good,all in all, a wonderful experience that all of us hope to enjoy again in 2009. WE HOPE TO SEE YOU THEN

| We came to Breckenridge for our nephews wedding and he suggested checking out the web site for Breckeridge Accomodatations. From this site we chose the Tannebaum rental property since it fit the needs of our family. There was plenty of room for everyone to have their privacy and enjoy time with family. The Blue River ran right past our balcony. I would recommend this site to my friends and family for their summer get away, we had a great time. |
