We just spent a week at the Sandollar Townhouse #12 and had a great time. The pictures were very accurate and we did not find any surprises on arrival. I would recommend this beach house to anyone.

Nice location and beautiful beach. We got to see some dolphins from the balcony one morning. I was disappointed by the dirtiness of some parts of the house. The carpet in the master bedroom was very dirty, as were the couches in the living room. We saw a couple of roaches downstairs too. The problem is that we paid $180 for housekeeping (as an additional fee). One would expect much higher standards of cleaniness after paying this amount.

Great place, great location! We loved it and had a great time. They could use a better cleaning service, but everything else was perfect. We had 3 families - parents, grandparents, and great grandparents, with one child 2 1/2 years old, and had plenty of room for everyone without being right on top of each other. Well stocked kitchen, plenty of furnishings for 7 comfortably and 3 great decks with a grill on the main deck. Definitely would like to go back again.

The best thing about this rental was access to the beach and view of the Gulf. We were disappointed by the outside appearance, smelly trash cans greeted us, however, inside was adequate for our family's needs, although a lot of steps to navigate. The air conditioning went out twice during our one week stay. The rental company was very helpful with allowing our family to use a pool close by, which was great for our grand children.

This townhouse was in very poor condition and the rental agent was very slow in responding to broken fixtures.

The refrigator on the first floor worked poorly and the ice maker never worked during our stay. The sliding glass doors were very difficult to open and were not fixed during the stay. Finally, the advertised internet conection did not work.

The rental price of the townhouse was far in excess of what it was worth Two of the four bedrooms were made from the former garage, making them dank and dreary.

I would never rent this property again or do business with the rental agent who was slow to respond to complaints and dismissed my complaints as excessive.

Thank you for your recent response to our attempt to gather information from our clients. I noticed that you had a couple of issues which have been addressed. The internet has always been available at the house but obviously things can happen unfortunately we have no control over how well it works. We will however do our best to trouble shoot the problems with our guest and the internet provider. The sliding glass doors are tough to open and shut because of the weight and the shifting of the property but they do work properly now. The fridge on the first floor has been repaired. The broken exterior fixtures were a result of a power issue that has also been resolved, again an issue in which we are forced to use an outside vender to fix or replace something.

We had a great time. Four couples altogether and enjoying the beach. I did not expect the two bedrooms on the lower to be so close together, though. The parking was different also. We had to park four cars double in two spaces. The rental was very clean and all in all it was a very postive experience. We recommend it to other vacationers.

We really enjoyed our stay at this beach-front, pet-friendly condo. It was HUGE!!! If you can't use stairs, you don't need to stay here........because it is four levels. Beds were comfy! I would stay here again..........beach is just steps away!!!! :)

We spent 6 wonderful nights at the Sandollar #12. There were three families with a total of 12 people. We had more than enough room and were very comfortable. The house was right on the beach which made it great for us since we had children with us. We were able to let them play on the beach and supervise from our balcony. The washer and dryer provided was of large capacity. We were able to keep the towels provided washed and dryed for our use as well as our personal laundry. The kitchens (there were two) contained everything we needed for cooking and grilling. Also maintenance was very prompt when we reported an issue. (nothing more than a light that wasn't working). The bottom deck was large enough to keep all our beach equipment and it had a water hose and shower to wash the sand off. The only drawback is that there is no pool. Our kids tired of the salt water and would have loved to swim in a pool instead. I would defiantly recommend this beach house to anyone.
