We spent a week at "Our Gang" house at Sunset beach. We have been renting houses at Sunset beach for over 20 years and this house ranks high on the list.
It has great access to the beach-easy to get a small child and older adult to and from the beach.
The house has a simple but efficient layout. It is very well stocked with all the things you need for cooking and relaxing.
Our two shelter waifs loved the screened in front deck. They spent most of their time there by their own choice. They really loved the fact that they got to go to the beach and didn't have to stay in the kennel. Pet friendly house that you really couldn't tell had had pets staying there.
Only complaint would be the mattress in the front bed room--to soft for our liking.
Would certainly rent again. |

| I truly enjoyed my stay at "Our Gang." It was wonderful being able to bring along our dog. It made the vaction complete. The house was in a great location, had wonderful views, and was well equiped. My only complaint would be the living room was fairly small, which made it difficult for everyone to gather...just not enough sitting space. All in all, another wonderful week at Sunset. |

This was our third visit to Our Gang. It is such a clean, cozy and comfortable cottage and just across the street from the beach access! The large screened porch has numerous rockers and cute beach lights. The well appointed kitchen is fully stocked - a cook's dream!
One thing I should add for those TV buffs - there are DVD players in the living room and a DVD/VCR combo in the bunk bedroom (not listed on the website).
The staff at Sunset Properties were also so helpful and welcoming! Also we are big fans of picking up fresh seafood daily from Bill's just across the bridge and bringing it home! They are helpful, have great cooking tips and make awesom Key Lime pies!

We stayed at Our Gang for the first time and really enjoyed our two weeks! The best thing about this trip was having our Beagle, Bailey, with us. It is the first time we have been able to bring our dog and were very grateful. You would never know this rental was rented to dog lovers because it was so clean and well kept! It encouraged us to leave it the way we found it--In great shape!
It was also the best equiped rental we have stayed at since we started coming to Sunset-really enjoyed the use of the gas grill! In addition, it is in great location--very close to the beach.
We loved this place so much that we booked it for a month next spring, now that we can bring our pooch!!

Having stayed here before we knew we did not need to bring anything but sheets and towels.
What a great kitchen set-up. Location is a plus as beach access is right beside this house. You just cross the street and you are there!! We loved the outside shower as we bathed there every day. Lots of hot water,privacy and room. My little fellow loved the screened porch as did we. Lots of books to read and every amenity one could think of.
