| This home is nicely furnished with plenty of kitchen items. Beds are comfy and there are lots of pillows in the closets. It was great to have full sized washer and dryer. Would stay here again. |

| The property was nicely decorated and well stocked. We enjoyed the short walk to the beach! Call me crazy but I am a nut about washing laundry while at the beach. I like to bring home clean clothes and the very large fairly new wash machine was an added bonus! |

Welcome to our home! We are Bitsy and Jim Powell from Asheville,NC.
Even before we built our home here(1985), Sunset Beach was a
special place for us and our family. Our goal is to have you
enjoy our special home as if it were yours while you experience
the charm and uniqueness of Sunset Beach.
Tho' our home is one of the "mature" oceanfront homes, we keep it
in good repair with current amenities.

| We were disappointed in this duplex for several reasons. When we arrived, we were given the opposite side of the duplex. They said the side we had rented was being remodeled. We were at their mercy since we had our dog with us. The unit had not been cleaned. They did offer to clean it, but we had just unpacked and were tired. We were not notified about the change, even tho they had our home and cell #'s. We took queen sheets and they did not fit because the unit had a king size bed. I had to use the owner's sheets and wash them and put them back on the bed when we left. We asked for a little compensation, but were told the rental manager was not in. No one offered to have him call us, even tho we told them how unhappy we were. We had planned to use your office several times a year, but since this happened, we will probably not use this agency again. |

| Thank you for your comments. We're sorry you were disappointed with your stay-this is typically a popular pet-friendly home. Though our staff worked with the contractor on the other side of this oceanfront home trying to complete a bathroom renovation prior to your arrival; the work did not get done on time. No excuse-we still should have contacted you in advance to make you aware of the situation, and could have taken care of the linen needs as well. |

I had no experience in renting a beach place but my family put it in my hands. They congratulated me and thanked me many times.
The layout was perfect for 3 granddaughters, and 5 adults. The granddaughters could go to the beach on their own, but we were never far behind. Our dogs were delighted with this new environment, we live in the mountains.
I appreciated so much being able to rent it nightly because our Vermont daughter couldn't stay any longer. We stayed 3 nights. But, we plan on a longer visit.
Next visit I would bring more towels. Really appreciated the washer and dryer, though. I worried about bringing in sand on our feet on the lovely floors. I wish there would have been a hose closer to the stairs so we could have washed off better.
The kitchen was well supplied and we would cook more at the place next time. Disappointed in the restaurants. But the fresh shrimp from Bill's made a terrific family meal at home.
The tv's were never turned on, wish there a way of making it less expensive if we don't use them, but the wireless hookup was greatly appreciated by my son-in-law who had to keep working.
Can't wait for the next visit. We couldn't find the visitor's book to tell you so.
