I've stayed in this location twice now and it's a perfect size for a couple. The location is right next to Coligny Plaza for shopping and dining, it's much more convenient than Folly Field where I've stayed before. It has a small kitchen which allowed us to do some cooking and enjoy the view while eating on the porch. The pool is nice but the facility lacks some of the ammenities of more expensive places, no jacuzzi. There was some renovations to the flooring and bathroom since the previous visit that fixed an issue with some weak flooring that had been covered by the carpet.
Unfortunately for us, we arrived while there was renovations be done in the condo next door. The workman was fairly good about keeping the use of power tools to a minimum but I have to mention it because it did bother me on my vacation. They recently increased the price of this unit which is really pushing it, it's not that big and doesn't rate the charge. Also I was told that they spray for insects monthly but they must have sprayed 29 days before we arrived because we saw bugs in the bathroom and the kitchen.
I would probably return for another stay but the recent price increases along with the bugs would make me call first and demand it's sprayed before I arrive.

John, thank you so much for your review. I'm glad to hear that you liked the location and size of the villa. The complex does have a pool but does not offer a hot tub. Considering the pool, oceanfront view and proximity to the best restaurants on Hilton Head Island, we believe it remains a good value in terms of rent.
Regarding the timing of the renovations being done next door, we apologize and know that is frustrating. But unfortunately the timing is not under our control but I am glad to hear that the workmen was somewhat accomodating. The construction work is now finished in time for the summer season.
Since bugs are a fact of life in the south, all of our properties are sprayed monthly and more often if there is a problem. We have notified the POA management to pay closer attention to these villas.
