Nestled away in a quiet area of the enchanting mountain village of Asklipio, this is a unique traditional stone built property with a very modern twist. This elegant village house has been lovingly renovated by its current owners to provide comfortable and stylish accommodation.

This really is something special. Just inland from Kiotari, up a winding mountain road, is the village of Asklipio which maintains traditional Greek life. Every Saturday the tradition of fresh baked bread is kept, and you will find all the old ladies baking their bread in their outdoor wood burning ovens.... The village also boasts the oldest Christian church still in use on the island which was founded in the 11th century AD. The village has its own museum, supermarket & cafes.

Only 2km down the mountain you will find the resort of Kiotari and the vast expanse of Blue Flag beach, restaurants and shops.

Kiotari is fast becoming one of Rhodes most stylish resorts. Full of natural life and beautiful unspoilt beaches. Kiotari also boasts one of Rhodes' most stylish beach bars, Shimba's, known for the best cocktails on the island and exotic entertainment, and also the best known traditional restaurant 'Mourella' where you will find the best steak on the island along with a unique list of local dishes. There are plenty of shops in the nearby shopping centres. Located only a short drive away from Lindos this location is perfect as its away from the madding crowd.

The village of asklipio is located 2km up the mountain and gives a totally different feel from the main Kiotari resort. Here in the village you will feel part of Greek life and can often hear the goats trotting past your front door. Please note in addition to Easyjet, Ryan Air operating new routes to Rhodes.

This traditional home has such charm and character with stunning views of the valley and the sea. We have taken great care and pride in what we have achieved in a village that has not been spoiled by developers trying to build the next luxury hotel. You definitely will experience the real Greek way of life here.

The house is in a quiet and serene area of the village known as The Vrisi, which translates to the faucet, as there is a fresh-water source that runs from the mountains continuously and the water is ice cold and drinkable. The locals use it to refresh themselves and believe the water has many healing qualities.

25% non-refundable deposit payable at time of booking.

Full balance is due 8 weeks before date of travel.

£200 security deposit payable with balance (returned to you after your visit as long as no damage or missing items.

Please note if extra guests arrive and haven't been noted in original booking additional charges apply.

Payment by bank transfer into either Euro or Sterling account. We accept PayPal payments.

Please note there is a minimum stay of one week but we will consider shorter stays if dates are booked in between existing bookings.
